1. Who we are
This website, superheatsupplyco.com (the "Store"), is operated by Superheat Supply Co., a New Jersey sole proprietorship ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the Store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.

2. Using the Store

  • You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
  • You agree not to use the Store for anything illegal. That includes trying to hack, scrape, overload, or interfere with the site, or uploading viruses or harmful code.
  • We may refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at any time, for example for suspected fraud or reseller abuse.

3. Our products are made to order

  • Every item is printed (or embroidered) after you order it, through our print-on-demand partners.
  • Product photos are mockups. Colors can look different on different screens.
  • Our tees are garment-dyed, so shade and texture vary slightly from shirt to shirt. That's part of the look, not a defect.
  • Print placement and size can vary slightly between sizes and items.
  • Measurements on our Size Chart are approximate, typically within about 1.5 inches.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
  • Larger sizes may cost more.
  • Sales tax is added where required.
  • Payment is handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card number.
  • If we make a pricing or typo error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it's been placed.

5. Orders, cancellations, shipping, and returns

  • After you order, you'll get a confirmation email. That's our acknowledgment, not a final acceptance. We accept your order when it goes to production.
  • You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering if it hasn't gone to print.
  • We currently ship only to US addresses. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. We'll still help with lost packages as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Returns, reprints, and refunds work as described in our Refund & Returns Policy: free reprint or refund for misprinted, damaged, or wrong items, with a photo, within 30 days of delivery. There are no returns or exchanges for size or change of mind.

6. Accounts and accurate information

  • Please give us accurate contact, shipping, and payment details.
  • We're not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
  • If you create an account, keep your login safe. You're responsible for activity under it.

7. Our designs and content

  • All designs, artwork, slogans, text, logos, and photos on the Store belong to Superheat Supply Co. or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
  • Buying a product gives you the item, not the right to copy, resell, or reproduce the design.
  • Please don't use our content without written permission.
  • Our designs are original humor written for the HVAC/R trade. Superheat Supply Co. is an independent shop and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any equipment manufacturer, refrigerant maker, tool brand, certification body, or employer. Any trade terms we use are descriptive.

8. Reviews, comments, and messages

  • If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or ideas, you agree we may use them (for example, to show a review on the Store or reply to a question) without paying you.
  • Don't post anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing, or anything that includes someone else's private information. We may remove content at our discretion.
  • If you send us a design idea, we're free to use it or not, with no obligation to you.

9. Third-party services and links

  • The Store runs on Shopify.
  • Orders are produced and shipped by independent print partners and carriers.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers.
  • We're not responsible for third-party websites or services we link to. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

  • The Store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available."
  • Our promise for product problems is the reprint-or-refund remedy in our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We don't guarantee that the Store will always be available, error-free, or secure.
  • Our apparel is casual clothing. It isn't protective equipment, flame-resistant (FR) clothing, or high-visibility safety gear, so don't rely on it for job-site safety.

11. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent the law allows, Superheat Supply Co. won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Store or our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
  • Some states don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification
You agree to cover us for claims, losses, and reasonable costs, including attorney's fees, that come from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Store.

13. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
  • Before filing any claim, please email us first so we can try to fix it informally. Most problems get solved with a reply and a reprint.
  • If we can't resolve it, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
  • Small-claims court is always available for claims that qualify.
  • Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under New Jersey law that can't be waived.

14. Other legal terms

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't waived it.
  • These Terms, together with the policies listed in section 1, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Store.
  • We may suspend or end your access to the Store if you violate these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed after that date.
