All tees and hoodies use unisex sizing.

• Tees: heavyweight, garment-dyed 100% cotton (about 6.1 oz) with a relaxed, slightly boxy fit and a broken-in feel. Take your usual size for the roomy look, or size down one for a closer fit. Each tee is dyed after it's sewn, so the color varies a little from shirt to shirt. That's part of the look.
• Hoodies: heavy cotton/poly fleece (about 8 oz, 50/50). Classic fit, true to size, with room for a layer underneath.
• Trucker hat: one size, adjustable snapback.

Yes. Our Size Chart has chest width and body length in inches and centimeters for every tee and hoodie. The easiest way to pick: lay a shirt you already like flat, measure armpit to armpit, and compare.

Tees and hoodies come in S through 3XL. 2XL and 3XL cost a little more because the blanks cost us more.

The tees are garment-dyed and pre-shrunk, so they shrink very little, but any cotton can still tighten up a bit in a hot dryer. Follow the care tips below and it'll keep its size.

Not yet. It's on the list. Women's sizing usually runs about one size smaller in unisex, so many women go down one size for a closer fit.

Every item is printed to order, just for you. That's how a small, tech-run shop keeps prices fair and doesn't waste a warehouse full of unsold shirts.

• Printing: 2–5 business days
• Shipping (US): usually 2–5 business days after it ships
• Typical total: about 4–10 business days, sometimes longer around holidays

We can't speed up printing, but if you need it by a certain date, email us before you order and we'll give you an honest answer.

Email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once it goes to print, we can't change or cancel it.

Yes. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Yep. Items can print at different facilities and ship separately, at no extra charge.

Check with neighbors, your mailroom, and your local post office, then email us within 30 days and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Because everything is made to order, we only reprint or refund items that arrive misprinted, damaged, defective, or wrong (a different item, size, or color than you ordered). We can't take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind, so please check the Size Chart first.

Email support@superheatsupplyco.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem: one of the whole item and one close-up. We'll send a free reprint or a full refund to your original payment method, your choice. You don't have to mail anything back. Full details: Refund & Returns Policy.

Treat it like a good set of hoses and it'll last:

• Turn it inside out
• Machine wash cold with similar colors
• Tumble dry low, or hang dry (best for the print)
• No bleach, no fabric softener on the print, no dry cleaning
• Don't iron the print. If you have to, iron inside out on low.
• Hat: spot clean only. Keep it out of the washer and dryer.

Hot dryers are to prints what a dirty condenser is to a compressor: they shorten its life.

Yes. Put their address in the shipping fields at checkout and yours in billing.

For hoodies, go with their usual size. For tees, their usual size gives a roomy, relaxed fit. Go one size down if they like it closer. When in doubt, the one-size trucker hat is a safe bet.

We post order-by dates for holiday delivery on the site each season. Order early: made-to-order plus December carriers means it takes longer.

Superheat Supply Co. is run by Evan Brower, a working Senior HVAC/R tech in New Jersey with EPA 608 Universal certification. He spends most days in commercial refrigeration: racks, walk-ins, cases, and the 2 a.m. alarm calls that come with them.

That's the whole point. Every design is written by a tech, about things techs actually deal with. If a design doesn't hold up to a working tech's eye, it doesn't go in the store. Spot something technically off? Email us. We'll take the roast and fix it.
